LUAPULA PROVINCE ARO-S BEGIN TWO-DAY ORIENTATION UNDER ECZ

August 21st, 2025-Assistant Registration Officer-Supervisor (ARO-S) from all Constituencies in Luapula Province have today commenced a two-day orientation Programme under the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ).
Speaking during the official opening of the orientation, ECZ Commissioner, Ambassador Ndiyoi Mutiti emphasized the importance of the training, noting that every staff plays a critical role in the successful implementation of the upcoming Mass Voter Registration (MVR) exercise.
Ambassador Mutiti stated that beyond ensuring participants understand their specific roles in the MVR exercise, the orientation is also aimed at equipping the ARO-S with the skills to develop accurate and inclusive deployment plans which will ensure that all registration centres across the 116 districts of Zambia are adequately covered.
In his opening remarks, Luapula Province Registration Officer (PRO) Kambinga Nondo expressed confidence in the participants, urging them to carry out their duties diligently and in accordance with the Commission’s expectations.
The orientation being held at Teja Lodge is being attended by District Registration Officers (DROs) from across Luapula Province, including Mansa DRO Dr. Josephine Mwanza.
