June 27,2026-The Management and Staff of Mansa Municipal Council proudly congratulate Mr. Francis Kashimoto on his outstanding performance during the 2026 Second Cohort Council Police Officers’ Professional Development Training, conducted by the Zambia Police Service at Chalimbana Local Government Training Institute.
The pass-out parade was officiated by the Permanent Secretary (Administration) in the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, Dr. Gabriel Pollen, who urged the graduating officers to uphold integrity, discipline and professionalism as Government strengthens its resolve to restore law and order in public places through empowered Local Authorities.
Among the 173 Council Police Officers drawn from various Local Authorities across the country, Mr. Kashimoto distinguished himself by receiving the prestigious awards for:
Best in Drill, Discipline and Turnout.
Best in Physical Training.
These accolades are a testament to his exceptional commitment, discipline, resilience and dedication to duty. His remarkable achievement has brought immense pride not only to himself but also to Mansa Municipal Council and the people of Mansa.
